Anyone have a good solution to having the footer stick to the bottom of the browser viewport when using a CSS DNN skin?  If you're not familiar with the problem, with CSS-styled skins, it can be a challenge to put the footer at the bottom of the page when the content isn't enough to fill the whole height of the browser.  I'd like the Terms of Use, etc. at the very bottom or scrolled off the page, never in the middle of the page.

Thanks for any help.
